By accessing Fluxium or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

All products sold on Fluxium are digital goods or digital services. Because items are delivered electronically, they are provided on an as-is basis and intended for the use described on each product page.

Payments are currently processed in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Prices are listed in EUR and converted to the selected coin at checkout. Card, Google Pay and Apple Pay options are available on request through our Discord server. Orders are only fulfilled after a payment is confirmed.

Delivery times and methods are described on each product page. Many products are delivered automatically, while certain Discord services are delivered manually within the stated timeframe (typically under two hours).

Warranty terms vary by product and are listed on the relevant product page. Due to the digital nature of our goods, refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support through our Discord to open a ticket.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to defraud the payment system, or resell products in violation of these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders we believe to be fraudulent.

Fluxium is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products to the maximum extent permitted by law. You use all products at your own risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fluxium after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
